Overview
Spraymec NorRunner 140 DVC is a truck-based, road-legal tunnelling concrete sprayer designed for medium to large tunnel profiles. The unit can operate with a diesel engine and an electro-hydraulic power pack or, alternatively, connected to mains power for local zero-emission operation. Key spraying components include a synchronized accelerator dosing system and a low-pulsation NSP 30 concrete pump with independent conveying cylinder control integrated into a closed-loop control system. The machine is fitted with a precision spray manipulator, on-board compressor and automatic conveying line and nozzle washing to minimise blockages in harsh underground conditions.
