Overview
NorStreamer 30 V is a mobile concrete spraying pump designed for high-quality sprayed concrete application. It incorporates the low-pulsation NSP 30 double-piston pump with a volumetric capacity of 30 m3/h and a fast-switching S-tube for durability and consistent spraying results. The unit is equipped with an accelerator dosing system available with either a peristaltic pump or a progressive cavity pump, both fully synchronized with concrete output via an integrated closed-loop control. A frame extension can accommodate a 1000 l IBC accelerator tank with optional heating and electrically-driven mixing for cold climates. The machine features a reliable hydraulic drive, a special hopper grid with a hydraulically driven agitator, and an advanced control system with wired or radio remote control.
