Spraymec MF 050 is a dedicated concrete sprayer, tailor-made to offer superior value for modern mining operations with small and medium-sized tunnel profiles. Powered either by a diesel engine or a diesel engine and an efficient electro-hydraulic power pack, it is equipped with state-of-the-art spraying technology like an unmatched dosing system and the low-pulsation NSP 30 concrete pump with optional independent conveying cylinder control and a capacity of up to 19 m3/h or 27 m3/h with diesel-powered or electric operation, respectively. In addition, the accelerator dosing system is fully synchronized with the concrete output through an integrated closed-loop control system. Fitted with a comfortable FOPS/ROPS safety cabin with a multi-information display, the machine comes with a proven, highly agile and accurate spray manipulator with superb rebound protection and maneuverability. Available with a useful on-board compressor, the MF 050 is the optimal solution for taking your concrete spraying operation to the next level.
