Overview
Spraymec 4100 is a self-propelled concrete sprayer engineered for mining and tunnelling projects with small to medium tunnel profiles. It integrates a closed-loop control system, precise accelerator dosing synchronized with concrete delivery, and a low-pulsation NSP 30 double-piston concrete pump for uniform spraying. The agile spray boom provides effective rebound protection and accurate material placement. A high-capacity onboard compressor supports consistent spray quality, while 4-wheel-drive and 4-wheel-steering including crab steering enable superior manoeuvrability in confined working areas. Controls are IP65-rated and connected via CAN bus; maintenance points are centralized to reduce downtime.
