Spraymec SF 050 is a compact and agile concrete sprayer, specifically designed to provide value for modern mining operations with small and medium-sized tunnel profiles and powered either by a diesel engine or by a combination of a diesel engine and an efficient electro-hydraulic power pack. It is equipped with a lot of cutting-edge spraying technology like an unrivalled dosing system and the low-pulsation NSP 30 concrete pump with optional independent conveying cylinder control and a capacity of up to 19 m3/h with diesel operation and 27 m3/h with electric operation. In addition, the accelerator dosing system is fully synchronized with the concrete output through an integrated closed-loop control system. Fitted with a FOPS/ROPS safety cabin with a multi-information display, the machine comes with a proven and accurate spray manipulator with effective rebound protection and high maneuverability.
