Overview
The Aliva 403.6 is an additive dosing unit designed for precise metering of liquid admixtures used in spraying and shotcrete applications. It is supplied with an Inox fitting with manometer and a suction hose with lance as standard. An optional backflow preventer is available for drinking-water protection.

Aliva 403.6 Air
Driven by compressed air. Required supply: 7 bar and 3 Nm³/min. Delivery ranges depend on pump size: DL10: 40–240 litres/h; DL18: 150–700 litres/h. Flow is regulated by the air feed; a display shows the exact pumped volume.

Aliva 403.6 Manual
Electric drive with flow control via a potentiometer on the frequency converter. Delivery range: 30–700 litres/h.

Aliva 403.6 Synchro
Output is automatically synchronized to a rotor machine or concrete pump. After programming cement content and volume per revolution or stroke, the control converts the required delivery rate. Dosing starts and stops in sync with the feeding machine. Delivery range: 30–700 litres/h.
