Description

Description
  • Beech solid worktop, 40 mm thickness. Finger-jointed beech lamellas. Front edge radiused, other edges chamfered. Surface protection with eco-friendly lacquered linseed oil. Solid beech top produced in-house from PEFC-certified regional raw material.
  • System underframe: W1245 x D650 x H840 mm.
  • Sliding handles supplied loose.


Mobile base / chassis
  • 4-leg welded frame with two pairs of profile steel tube feet (45x45x2 mm) including depth bracing (top and bottom).
  • Retractable chassis operated by eccentric lever (right side). Eccentric lever operation permitted up to a maximum load of 300 kg. Chassis can be extended and retracted with the eccentric lever.
  • Chassis fitted with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors; wheel diameter 100 mm, overall height 125 mm; tread made of thermoplastic rubber (non-marking, 85° Shore); wheel body polypropylene. Fixed castors mounted on the left, swivel castors on the right (wheel plate mounting).
  • Lower shelf (depth 650 mm, flush with rear of system underframe), compartment height 620 mm.

  • Drawer size L: internal W490 x D560 mm, load capacity 100 kg; partial-extension ball-bearing slides (90% extension) with self-return and anti-rebound; fully enclosed drawer pan for divider sets.
  • Hinged doors with self-closing spring hinges, 180° opening; continuous integrated handle strip; central lock (pin-cylinder lock with 2 keys).
  • Vice: forged, hardened, adjustable guides; jaw width 120 mm, clamping depth 82.5 mm, clamping span 146 mm, anvil 75 x 75 mm, overall length 365 mm, base diameter 150 mm. Folding lift: vice folds under the worktop; integrated height adjustment enables vertical position and rotation.
