Short description

Beech solid worktop, thickness 40 mm. Beech lamellas with finger-joint gluing. Front edge rounded, other edges chamfered. Surface protection by environmentally friendly lacquer oil. Classic worktop: load-bearing, compressive-resistant, long service life and wear-resistant. 100% in-house production using PEFC-certified raw material from sustainable regional forestry.

Structure & Frame

System underframe: W1235 x D650 x H840 mm.
4-leg welded frame with two pairs of base feet made from profile steel tube (45 x 45 x 2 mm) including depth braces (top and bottom).
Frame feet fitted with end caps including anti-slip studs for secure standing.
Under-mounted lowering mobile trolley with eccentric lever (right). Operation of the eccentric lever allowed only up to a maximum load of 300 kg. Trolley is extendable and retractable; trolley fitted with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors (wheel diameter 100 mm, overall height 125 mm). Tread made of thermoplastic rubber (non-marking, 85° Shore), wheel body made of polypropylene. Fixed castors left, swivel castors right (plate mounting).
Push handles (supplied loose).

Equipment / Storage

1 double underframe cabinet, W1145 x D650 x H620 mm with the following layout: left 3 x drawers (size L, 3 x H180 mm); right 1 x hinged door (size L 1 x H540 mm) with one height-adjustable shelf behind.
Drawers: internal dimension W490 x D560 mm, load capacity 100 kg. Roll-mounted partial-extension slides (90% extension) with self-return and anti-rewind. Useful drawer height = front height minus 15 mm. Drawer pan fully closed to optimally receive drawer divider sets.
Hinged doors with self-closing spring hinges, opening angle 180°.
Continuous, fully integrated handle strip (handle edge).
Central locking: pin-cylinder lock with 2 keys.

Functions / Use

Mobility via lowering trolley; movable with stable castor and braking technology.
Surface load stationary up to 1250 kg; surface load mobile 450 kg.
