SBC-C41-pITX Heat Sink (ACTIVE) designed as a supplemental cooling component for industrial SBC applications. It helps transfer heat from the module/board to a system-level dissipation solution.

Details
Highly integrated modules and compact SBCs generate significant heat due to miniaturized ICs and high operating frequencies. This active heat sink is intended to assist system thermal management but is not a standalone guaranteed cooling system. System-level thermal design, enclosure airflow and workload analysis are the customer's responsibility to ensure the heat sink temperature remains within the module's specified operating range.
