Description

Optimum for mass production of micro products such as contact probe, watch parts ●Thanks to the measures for thermal displacement and automatic compensation function, displacement of production from cold start is minimized. ・Coolant tank capacity: 50L ・Fan cooling for coolant, cooling unit for X-/Y-axis motors, and tool-height displacement compensation system are provided as standard. ●High-speed spindle reduces the machining time by the optimum cutting speed. ●Excellent roundness without vibration during high-speed machining is achieved by TSUGAMI's unique chuck opening/closing mechanism. ●Chuck gripping force is numerically adjusted with air regulators so that the most suitable gripping force can be determined for thin workpiece. ●Provides easy-to-use software for machining small-dia and fine precision parts: Tool height compensation function. ●Optimal live tools of front tool post suited for the workpiece can be selected.
