OverviewThe CNC high-speed gear hobbing machines YS3115(CDR) and YH3115(CDR) are designed for efficient production of cylindrical spur gears, helical gears (shafts and discs), small-cone gears, crowned gears, splines and sprockets. Typical applications include automotive components, motorcycles, power tools and general mechanical repair. Machine accuracy meets up to GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 6.
Main performance and features- Six-axis / ten-axis four-axis linked CNC dry-cut gear hobbing machine for high-efficiency production.
- YS3115/YS3115-CDR: each CNC axis driven by independent AC servo motors; B-axis driven via high-power spindle servo motor through a three-stage high-precision helical gear set with backlash-elimination at the output. C-axis uses high-precision helical gears for high-speed, high-accuracy indexing.
- YH3115/YH3115CNC-CDR: B-axis driven directly by an internal motor; C-axis driven by an internal torque motor; worktable spindle supported by high-precision angular contact ball bearings.
- Vertical machine layout with rolling linear guides on linear axes; large rake angle in the cutting zone for rapid chip evacuation and reduced thermal deformation.
- Full enclosure, dust extraction, automatic chip removal and automatic workpiece clamping; optional auto-loading/unloading units and workpiece magazine for integration into automated gear production lines.
- Optional chamfering/deburring unit to combine multiple operations on one machine.
- User-friendly HMI with parameterized programming and system self-diagnostics.
- Available with FANUC or SIEMENS CNC systems.
