Description

Overview
Machine suitable for gear machining in industries such as motorcycles, passenger cars, instruments and meters, power tools, general machinery and reducers. Offers high cost-effectiveness. Machining accuracy can reach GB/T10095.1-2008 standard Grade 6.

Main performance and features
  • Six-axis / thirteen-axis four-link dry-cut hobbing machine, designed for energy-efficient, environmentally friendly high-speed operation.
  • YS3120/YS3120-CD: each CNC motion axis driven by independent AC servo motors; B-axis uses a high-power spindle servo motor with two-stage high-precision helical gear transmission and end mechanism; C-axis uses high-precision helical gears for high-speed, high-precision indexing.
  • YH3120/YH3120-CD: B-axis directly driven by an internal motor; C-axis driven by an internal torque motor; worktable spindle supported by high-precision angular contact ball bearings.
  • Vertical layout with column horizontal movement for radial feed to achieve efficient hobbing.
  • Compact structure and small footprint; full-enclosed guards, internal chip protection and dry cooling system enable high-speed dry cutting of gears.
  • Can be configured with forming-mill hob cutting for chamfering to combine multiple operations.
  • Optional single-machine automation and various connectivity interfaces to support automated and flexible production lines.
  • Optional gear-pairing mechanism for post-heat finishing hobbing.
  • Control system options: FANUC, SIEMENS or GSK25iG.
