OverviewMachine series designed for high-volume, high-efficiency hobbing of gears used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, marine equipment, agricultural machinery and gear reducers. Machining accuracy meets up to GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 7.
Main performance and features:- Six-, seven- or eight-axis CNC with four-axis linkage for high-efficiency hobbing; wet cutting process.
- Vertical layout with large-plane cast-iron guideway support for linear motion axes, precision hand-scraped for improved contact strength and motion accuracy. Compact structure and good static/dynamic rigidity enable multi-head hob cutters with large feed per pass, increasing cutting efficiency—especially suitable for medium-to-large module gears.
- Full enclosure guards, oil mist collection, automatic chip evacuation and automatic workpiece clamping. Optional automatic loading/unloading units and workpiece magazines allow integration into automated gear production lines.
- User-friendly HMI, parametric programming and system self-diagnostics.
- Control systems can be configured with FANUC or SIEMENS.
