Overview
Primarily intended for gear machining in passenger cars, commercial vehicles and precision reducers. Machining accuracy can reach GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 5-6.

Main performance and features:

• The machine is a five-axis CNC gear shaving machine; each motion axis is driven by an independent AC servo motor, enabling axial shaving, radial shaving, diagonal shaving and tangential shaving.
• The machine adopts a vertical layout; the column and bed are a high-rigidity integrally cast structure; the tangential saddle is arranged within the radial slide, providing high rigidity, compact structure and neat appearance.
• The X, Y, Z axes are driven by digital servo motors with ball screws, ensuring high positioning and repeatability accuracy and stable machining precision.
• The machine is equipped with a human-machine interface; the operator inputs tool parameters, workpiece parameters, compensation and cutting parameters via the dialogue interface; the machine runs automatically and applies automatic compensation.
