Overview
Designed for high-volume hobbing of gears used in new energy vehicles, automatic transmissions and precision reducers. Machining accuracy meets GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 5–6.

Main performance and features

• Eight-axis, four-link high-speed dry-cut hobbing machine enabling efficient, environmentally compatible production.
• Vertical offset-column layout with horizontal slide for radial feed; full enclosure, rapid chip evacuation and dry cooling ensure thermal stability and dimensional consistency.
• Cutter and workpiece spindles use direct-drive transmission for fast response and high running accuracy. Equipped with premium dry hobs enabling cutting speeds above 300 m/min for small and medium modules; throughput can exceed wet-cut machines by over three times.
• Available single-machine loading/unloading units and automatic transfer hopper to support automated, flexible production lines.
• Compatible with Siemens or FANUC CNC control systems.
• YDE3120CNC-CD can be equipped with an extrusion chamfering and deburring module to consolidate multiple operations.
