OverviewMachine designed for end-face profile milling of gears used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery, and precision reducers.
Main performance and features- GCF320: five-axis, three-link CNC end-face profile milling machine; GCH260: six-axis, four-link CNC end-face profile milling machine. Both are cutting-type machines that leave no burrs on gear end faces or tooth faces after milling.
- GCF320 uses two finger-type milling cutters to simultaneously machine the upper and lower end-face profiles; low tooling cost, high versatility, machining speed approx. 1 tooth/s. Capable of processing involute and non-involute cylindrical spur gears, helical gears, small-taper gears, crowned gears, and sprockets.
- GCH260 uses two dedicated hob cutters to machine the upper and lower end-face profiles; high processing efficiency and long tool life. Suited for involute cylindrical spur and helical gears.
- Both machines use dry cutting for high efficiency, compact structure and small footprint.
- Equipped with fully enclosed guards, automatic chip removal, and automatic workpiece clamping.
- Available with Siemens or FANUC CNC control systems.
