- The machine uses a high‑precision end-face gear plate with a hydraulic floating tightening device for accurate positioning and locking during table exchange; front and rear table machining consistency is within 0.005 mm.
- Bed circulation cooling thermal balance system applies different oiling strategies during machining and idle states to balance internal temperature and reduce thermal deformation.
- Machine software supports complex profile modifications: arbitrary lead modifications, tooth-surface twist compensation, point dressing (arbitrary tooth-profile dressing), patterned tooth-surface grinding, double pressure-angle asymmetric gear grinding, small taper gear grinding, and more.

- Operator interface uses the manufacturer's proprietary HMI (zero programming) enabling dialog, gear parameter calculation and automatic program generation.
