This machine is primarily designed for high-volume, high-efficiency gear hobbing for gears used in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, marine equipment, agricultural machinery and gearboxes. Machining accuracy can meet GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 6.

Main performance and features

• The machine is a six-axis, four-axis-interpolated CNC high-efficiency gear hobbing machine capable of dry cutting, wet cutting, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) and water-based coolant cutting.
• The worktable is driven directly by a torque motor; the cutter head uses a single-tooth-difference gear transmission.
• The worktable spindle system and the X, Y, Z axis lead screws and bearings use oil-air lubrication.
• The Y axis employs a large-column moving saddle for axial cutter travel; the structure is compact with good dynamic and static rigidity, suitable for multi-head hobs and large axial feed, particularly for efficient machining of medium and large module gears.
• X and Z axes use imported linear guides; Y axis uses high/low level polymer-coated guideways.
• Equipped with fully enclosed guards, automatic chip removal, and automatic workpiece clamping; optional automatic loading/unloading unit and workpiece magazine; can be integrated into automated gear production lines.
• Includes a user-friendly HMI, parametric programming functions and system self-diagnostics.
• Control system configurable with FANUC or SIEMENS.
