Overview
Suitable for high-efficiency machining of large-module, low-tooth-count gears used in commercial vehicles, marine, wind power and construction machinery. Machine machining accuracy can reach GB/T10095.1-2008 Grade 6.

Main performance and features

• The machine is a six-axis, four-link CNC gear hobbing machine providing high rigidity, high efficiency and high precision.
• The Y axis is arranged beneath a large column with the Y-axis guide rail mounted on an inclined plane to increase tool head rigidity and use the machine's own weight to partially counter cutting reaction, improving rigidity and stability.
• The YD3136CNC workpiece spindle uses an integrated torque motor to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the transmission system.
• The machine is equipped with fully enclosed external and internal protective covers and a reliable swarf and oil-mist rapid collection and removal system.
