Overview
Machine designed for gear processing in heavy-duty automotive, wind power, construction machinery, shipbuilding, lifting, mining machinery and power generation industries. Machining accuracy can reach GB/T10095.1-2008 standard grade 6–7.

Main performance and features

• Six-axis, four-linkage large CNC gear hobbing machine.
• Vertical layout with fixed worktable and moving column for radial feed; equipped with full enclosure, oil-mist collection, automatic chip removal; optional automatic workpiece clamping device.
• Hob spindle uses high-precision gear transmission; worktable driven by dual worm and wheel; radial and axial feed shafts supported by rectangular steel-insert guides and rolling guide blocks; high overall rigidity and precision.
• Suitable for high-efficiency processing with high-speed coated hobs and carbide insert hobs; for large-module gears the machine can use disc milling cutter and hob in a single setup to perform rough milling and finish hobbing in one clamping.
• Optional minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) cooling system to enable near-dry cutting.
