Machine designed for high-volume, efficient hobbing of gears for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, marine engines, agricultural machinery and gearboxes. Finishing accuracy can meet GB/T10095.1-2008 grade 6.

Main performance and features

• Six-axis, four-link CNC high-efficiency hobbing machine with wet machining.
• Vertical layout with large flat cast-iron guideways, precision scraped for good contact strength and motion accuracy; compact structure and high static/dynamic rigidity. Suited for multi-head hobs and heavy feed cutting to significantly increase cutting efficiency, especially for medium and large module gears.
• Equipped with full enclosure, oil-mist collection, automatic chip removal and automatic workpiece clamping; optional automatic loading/unloading unit and workpiece magazine for integration into automated gear production lines.
• Human–machine interface (HMI), parametric programming and system self-diagnostic functions.
• Configurable with FANUC or SIEMENS control systems.
