DescriptionThe cooling module is housed in an encapsulated, separate enclosure and is mounted between the mounting platform and the inverter power unit. It is designed to cool welding torches during manual and automated MIG/MAG welding at high duty cycles. Coolant connections are located on the rear panel of the module. The module is intended for use with MIG/MAG welding power sources with external wire drive. All components are fitted into a front-access pull-out rack for fast maintenance. The module monitors water flow and records supply and return temperatures. The water tank level indicator is illuminated; the illumination colour indicates water temperature.
Benefits- High cooling capacity suitable for manual and automated welding with high welding currents and long duty cycles
- Encapsulated, separate housing protects inverter components from possible coolant leakage
- Rear coolant connection compatible with MIG/MAG power sources with external wire feed
- Flow sensor and supply/return temperature sensors protect the welding torch from thermal overload
- Quick maintenance and easy access via pull-out service rack
