DescriptionTG GripSerts TG-HRC are workholding gripper inserts engineered to clamp hardened steel and titanium components (up to 50–54 HRC). Requiring only 3.5 mm of clamp surface to secure the workpiece, these inserts are optimized for 5-axis machining where minimal clamping footprint and high stability are critical. The triangular geometry and specialized tooth profile produce a pull-down effect that prevents lifting during clamping.
