How the vacuum meat tumbling process works- Loading: Meat and marinade are loaded into the rotating drum.
- Vacuum sealing: Air is extracted to create a low-pressure environment.
- Tumbling cycle: The drum rotates slowly, lifting and dropping the meat repeatedly to promote even coating.
- Absorption phase: Under vacuum, muscle fibers open and allow seasoning to penetrate deeply.
- Rest & discharge: After the cycle, the meat is discharged ready for further processing or cooking.
