The vacuum meat tumbler is designed to improve flavor absorption, tenderness and yield in poultry, beef, pork, lamb and seafood products.

How the vacuum meat tumbling process works
  • Loading: Meat and marinade are loaded into the rotating drum.
  • Vacuum sealing: Air is extracted to create a low-pressure environment.
  • Tumbling cycle: The drum rotates slowly, lifting and dropping the meat repeatedly to promote even coating.
  • Absorption phase: Under vacuum, muscle fibers open and allow seasoning to penetrate deeply.
  • Rest & discharge: After the cycle, the meat is discharged ready for further processing or cooking.
