Overview
Hydrogen ball valve designed for high mechanical strength and to minimise hydrogen embrittlement. Suitable for 100% H2 service with materials verified for hydrogen applications and options certified for shut-off service according to ISO 19880-3.

Variants
  • H2 INVICTUS PN 550 H35: Pressure class PN550 / H35. Body and ends A479 TP.316. Ball and stem in XM-19 (NITRONIC 50) for high mechanical strength and reduced hydrogen embrittlement. Lip seals insensitive to rapid decompression. H2 Ready: materials verified by Material Assessment validated by TÜV SÜD. ISO 19880-3 certification: shut-off service class A. Allows installation in hydrogen fuelling stations up to H35. ATEX 2014/34/EU compliant for potentially explosive environments.
  • H2 INVICTUS PN 700 H50: Pressure class PN700 / H50. Body and ends A479 TP.316 with additional hydrogen service requirements. Ball and stem in XM-19 (NITRONIC 50). Lip seals insensitive to rapid decompression. H2 Ready: materials verified by Material Assessment validated by TÜV SÜD. ISO 19880-3 certification: shut-off service class A. Allows installation in hydrogen fuelling stations up to H50. ATEX 2014/34/EU compliant.
