Product introductionThe HTS3D is a dual-axis tilt sensor developed by RUICOM Technology for industrial engineering applications such as foundation pit tilt monitoring and bridge inspection. It maintains the HTS series stability while improving accuracy, temperature drift characteristics and long-term stability (controllable within 0.01°). A built-in 5th-order filter and biaxial gravity fusion algorithm compute roll and pitch. Each unit is calibrated on a multi-axis turntable to correct cross-axis errors and reduce mutual interference over large ranges.

Notes- 1) Resolution: smallest identifiable angular change within the effective measurement range.
- 2) Measurement accuracy: evaluation at standard ambient temperature including linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, zero offset and cross-axis sensitivity.
- 3) Long-term stability: deviation between maximum and minimum outputs during one year of continuous room-temperature operation.
- 4) Zero-point temperature coefficient: change of zero offset per temperature change in the rated range relative to room temperature reference.
- 5) Sensitivity temperature coefficient: stability index of full-scale output with temperature variation in the rated range.
