Overview
The Nexera XS inert UHPLC system addresses analyte adsorption and corrosion challenges in biomolecule analysis by combining UHPLC pressure capability with a fully bioinert sample flow path (no wetted metal surfaces). This design improves recovery and sensitivity for metal‑adsorbing compounds while maintaining compatibility with high‑salt and extreme pH mobile phases.
