Description

Overview
  • Multiprocess inverter welding machine for MMA (electrode) and TIG‑LIFT in direct current (DC) with gouging function; rated up to 400 A. Dual/multivoltage input (230/400 V three‑phase).
  • LCD display for immediate viewing and configuration of welding parameters.
  • Designed for cellulose and coated electrodes (aluminium, rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron); supports electrode diameters normally 1.6–6 mm and up to Ø 8 mm depending on type. Gouging available with carbon electrodes.
  • MMA operation in direct and pulse current (MMA PULSE) with arc‑force and hot‑start adjustments; VRD included for safety.
  • Robust cooling via dedicated air tunnel protecting electronics; stable performance with supply voltage variations and compatibility with engine‑driven generators (+/‑15%).

Detailed description
Multiprocess DC inverter welding machine combining MMA and TIG‑LIFT functions with an integrated gouging mode. The unit is tailored for the demanding use of cellulose electrodes and a wide range of coated electrodes. Pulse mode (MMA PULSE) can be set with two pulse currents and their timings to reduce heat input, improve arc control and minimise spatter and rework, especially in positional welding. The gouging function operates with carbon electrodes and its parameters are visible on the LCD display. The dedicated air‑tunnel cooling protects electronic components from dust and debris, increasing reliability on job sites and in industrial environments.

Features
MMA
  • Optimised arc control dynamics for stable arc and weld‑pool management with cellulose, rutile and basic electrodes.
  • Direct and pulse current operation (MMA PULSE) with configurable dual pulse settings.
  • Adjustable hot start and arc force; anti‑stick protection.
  • Integrated VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) for operator safety.

TIG
  • LIFT DC ignition; welding voltage and current shown on LCD for precise setting and monitoring.

GOUGING
  • Gouging mode with gouging voltage and current visible on the LCD screen for controlled material removal.

General features
  • LCD interface for simplified interaction and immediate parameter display.
  • Dedicated air‑tunnel cooling system protects electronics from dust and dirt, ensuring long‑term reliability.
  • Maintains performance with undervoltages (down to ‑25%) and overvoltages (+15%); automatic supply voltage detection (multivoltage).
  • Compact, robust construction for easier transport and site use.
  • Protections: thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent; compatible with engine‑driven generators (+/‑15%).
