Description

Overview
  • Inverter welding machine for MMA (electrode) and TIG DC-Lift processes, model SUPERMIG 600i XD, rated for up to 400 A. Three-phase supply 230/400 V. XD version provides a high duty cycle for continuous and heavy-duty applications.
  • Electrode welding in DC and pulsed modes (MMA Pulse). Pulsed mode recommended for basic electrodes in positional welding to reduce spatter and rework. VRD device included.
  • Gouging function using carbon electrodes.
  • Graphic backlit display showing main welding parameters and settings.
  • Construction protects electronics from dust and shocks via tunnel ventilation; compact and transportable with reduced weight; energy-efficient.


MMA
  • Operates in direct and pulsed current (MMA PULSE).
  • Compatible with cellulose, aluminium-coated (E4043), rutile, basic, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes; electrode diameter 1.6 - 8 mm.
  • Adjustments: hot start, arc force; anti-stick protection.
  • VRD device; welding voltage and current displayed on LCD.


TIG
  • DC LIFT ignition for TIG; welding voltage and current displayed on LCD.


GOUGING
  • Gouging function with voltage and current monitoring on display (uses carbon electrodes).

  • Thermostatic protection; overvoltage (+15%) and undervoltage (-25%) protection; overcurrent protection.
  • Compatible with motor-generator sets.
  • Supplied with work cable and clamp.
