Description

Overview
  • Multiprocess inverter welding machine (MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-Lift) with external 4-roller wire feeder and trolley. Rated up to 400 A, three-phase 230/400 V supply. XD version designed for high duty cycle and continuous heavy-duty use.


Operating system and modes
  • WAVE OS with EASY and EXPERT modes for tailored workflows. Supports pulsed and double-pulsed welding (PULSE and POP). Synergic parameter control with 18 preset curves and the ability to create, save and export custom programs via USB.


Interface and control
  • TFT graphic display showing wire speed, voltage and welding current. 2/4-stroke and spot selection. Up to 18 advanced adjustable parameters (start/end currents, arc corrections, ramp-up/ramp-down, pre/post gas). ATC function and remote adjustments from the wire feeder unit.


MIG-MAG (functional highlights)
  • Synergic modes with 18 preset curves (expandable with optional packages). Manual and SYN control from the wire feeder; precise display of wire feed speed, voltage and current; selection for 2/4-stroke and spot welding.


MMA
  • Hot start and arc force adjustments, anti-stick protection and VRD safety device. Welding voltage and current visible on the display.


TIG
  • DC Lift ignition with display of welding parameters (voltage and current).


Cooling and construction
  • Tunnel ventilation protects electronic components from dust and contaminants for improved durability in harsh environments. Robust, compact and impact/dust resistant design; low weight for easier on-site transport; protection degree IP23.


Supply and accessories
  • Protections: thermostatic protection, overvoltage (+15%), undervoltage (-25%), overcurrent and motor/generator protections. Delivered complete with MIG-MAG torch, cables and earth clamp, external 4-roller wire feeder, connection cables and trolley.
