Description

Short description
  • Multi-process inverter welding machine (MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-Lift) with external 4-roller wire feeder, 400 A nominal. Three-phase 230/400 V supply. XD version with high duty cycle for continuous and heavy-duty use.
  • WAVE OS with EASY and EXPERT modes; pulsed (PULSE) and double-pulsed (POP) operation. Synergic adjustment with 18 preset curves and creation, saving and export of custom programs via USB.
  • TFT graphic display for wire speed, voltage and current; 2/4-stroke and spot selection; up to 18 advanced adjustable welding parameters. ATC function and controls available from the wire feeder.
  • MMA and TIG functions with hot start, arc force, anti-stick protection, VRD and DC-Lift ignition for TIG.
  • Tunnel ventilation protects electronics from dust for improved reliability. Robust, compact and transportable 4-roller drive unit.

  • WAVE OS enables EASY/EXPERT environments and synergic parameter management for repeatable results. Data traceability and analysis via USB.
  • PULSE and POP modes for working on steel, stainless steel and aluminium; 18 preset synergic curves expandable with optional packs.

Interface and controls
  • TFT Wave graphic display showing wire speed, output voltage and welding current.
  • Selection 2/4-stroke and spot, manual (MAN) and synergic (SYN) control from the feeder, wire speed 1.5–20 m/min.
  • Up to 18 advanced parameters: start/end currents, arc corrections, ramp-up/ramp-down, pre/post gas, ATC.


MMA and TIG
  • MMA: hot start, arc force, anti-stick protection and VRD; voltage and current displayed on screen.
  • TIG: DC-Lift ignition with parameter display; suitable for DC TIG applications.

  • Tunnel ventilation to protect electronic components from dust and dirt.
