Short description
  • Multi-process inverter welding machine (MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-Lift) with external 4-roller wire feeder, trolley and AQUA cooling unit (GRA 2700). Rated up to 400 A, three-phase 230/400 V. XD version for high duty-cycle continuous and heavy-duty applications.


Description
  • Inverter welding unit supporting continuous and pulsed operation across multiple processes (MIG-MAG, flux-cored, brazing, MMA, TIG DC-Lift) with external 4-roller drive for remote control.
  • WAVE OS operating system with EASY and EXPERT modes; synergic parameter control with 18 preset curves and expandable curve packages. Create, save and export custom programmes via USB for traceability and process repeatability.
  • Operates in pulsed and double-pulsed modes (PULSE and POP) for improved arc stability on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
  • TFT graphic display provides wire speed, voltage and current readouts; 2/4-stroke and spot selection; up to 18 advanced adjustable parameters (start/end currents, arc corrections, ramp-up/ramp-down, pre/post gas). ATC function included.

  • Thermostatic protection, overvoltage (+15%), undervoltage (-25%) and overcurrent protections.
