TH40F10030C9E-WT is a high-efficiency, high power-density power module designed for EV charging applications. It accepts 270Vac–490Vac three-phase four-wire input (three-phase + PE) and delivers up to 40 kW. Default constant-power output range is 300 Vdc–1000 Vdc. The charging system monitoring/control unit communicates with the module via CAN bus for parameter configuration, status monitoring and control.
