Product Overview
Grade 80 DOS chain sling is a double-leg lifting assembly manufactured from quenched and tempered Grade 80 alloy steel chain and matching Grade 80 components. The sling features an oblong master link at the top for crane connection and two sling hooks with safety latches at the bottom for secure load attachment. The double-leg configuration improves load distribution and lifting stability for industrial overhead lifts, machinery handling, steel erection and maintenance operations.

• Testing: Design factor 4:1. Each sling is proof tested, visually inspected, dimensionally verified and checked for component compatibility. Chain meets EN 818 fatigue requirements (20,000 cycles at 1.5×WLL). Each sling supplied with identification tag, written certification and full traceability records.
• Applications: Overhead lifting, two-point lifting, machinery handling, structural steel erection, equipment installation, precast handling, mining maintenance, industrial material handling.
• Maintenance: Inspect before each use for elongation, wear, cracks, corrosion, hook deformation, latch operation, damaged master or connecting links and identification tags. Remove from service if defects exceed inspection criteria.
