IntroductionGrade 100 TOSL Chain Sling is a triple-leg lifting assembly manufactured from quenched and tempered Grade 100 alloy steel chain and components. The sling is equipped with a quad oblong master link assembly on the top and three Grade 100 self-locking hooks on the bottom, providing secure three-point load attachment for heavy-duty overhead lifting applications. Compared with Grade 80 chain slings, Grade 100 slings provide approximately 25% higher Working Load Limit for the same chain size while maintaining a 4:1 design factor. Self-locking hooks automatically close and lock under load to reduce the risk of accidental disengagement. Each sling is permanently identified with a serial number, chain size, grade, exact sling length, and Working Load Limit for traceability.
Product Configuration CodeT = Triple Leg; O = Quad Oblong Master Link Assembly; SL = Self Locking (Safety) Hook. TOSL therefore refers to a Triple Leg Chain Sling fitted with a Quad Oblong Master Link Assembly on the top and Three Self Locking Hooks on the bottom.
Product IdentificationEach sling is permanently identified with: Individual Serial Number; Chain Size; Chain Grade; Exact Sling Length; Working Load Limit (WLL). The serial number on the identification tag corresponds with the written certification and sales order record to ensure complete product traceability.

Standards and TestingManufacturing Standards: Manufactured from quenched and tempered Grade 100 alloy steel chain and components in accordance with EN 818-2, EN 1677-1, EN 1677-3, EN 1677-4, ASME B30.9, OSHA 1910.184, AS 2321, and ISO 3077 requirements for Grade 100 lifting chain sling assemblies.
Testing Standards: Minimum design factor 4:1. Each sling is proof tested, visually inspected, dimensionally verified, and checked for component compatibility before shipment. Chain complies with EN 818 fatigue requirements and withstands 20,000 load cycles at 1.5 times the WLL. Each sling is supplied with an individual serial number, identification tag, written certification, and complete traceability records.
ApplicationsSuitable for overhead lifting, three-point lifting, heavy machinery handling, structural steel erection, precast concrete installation, offshore lifting, wind power projects, equipment installation, and industrial material handling operations.
MaintenanceInspect before each use for chain elongation, excessive wear, cracks, corrosion, self-locking hook operation, deformation, damaged master links or connecting links, and missing identification tags. Remove the sling from service immediately if defects exceed applicable inspection criteria.
