Fluorescence dichroic filters are meant for fluorescence or multispectral imaging. They produce a sharp transition from reflection to transmission. They create extended reflection and transmission bands. The filters that are also called dichroic plate beamsplitters or dichroic mirrors have a broad, flat transmission and reflection ranges that have an ultra-steep slope between them. They are the right choice for fluorescence imaging or spectral sorting applications.
They complement TECHSPEC® fluorescence bandpass filters. The 25.2 x 35.6mm size will fit into common Nikon, Zeiss, and Olympus fluorescence microscopes. Other sizes offer excellent service to bench-top setups or OEM instrumentation needing beam separation, beam combination, or multi-spectral detection.
