Description
The TECHSPEC® Telecentric Backlight Illuminator is designed to produce high contrast silhouette by directing light from a fiber optic light guide or LED onto an object using optics. The illuminator decreases the diffuse reflections from the object under inspection to increase the edge contrast and measurement accuracy. It uses the design principals of TECHSPEC® Silver Series Telecentric Lenses to produce enhanced illumination when compared to a standard backlight, at nominal working distances. The device is compatible with 1/4" fiber optic light guides or 0.312" LEDs. Unique twin-ring mounting clamps are also separately available.
