Overview Ultra-Thin NIR Achromatic Polymer Retarders feature an optically fused, adhesive-free multi-layer polymer construction that delivers high temperature resistance, high transmission and an ultra-thin form factor. Available in λ/2 and λ/4 formats, these retarders are supplied uncoated or with an AR coating and maintain a retardance tolerance of λ/100 across the NIR range. They are intended for NIR imaging, analytical instrumentation, OEM integration and other applications requiring a compact footprint.
Highlights - Ultra-thin ≤0.55 mm substrates suitable for OEM integration
- Wavelength options: 700–1100 nm (coated) and 700–1550 nm (uncoated)
- Wide acceptance angle tolerance: ±10°
Additional information Slow axis is marked in blue on the protective film and additionally indicated by a dot on the part to simplify alignment during installation.
