DescriptionOur zero order Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) waveplates are designed for applications in the 3 – 7 μm wavelength range. Compared with multiple-order waveplates, zero-order devices provide increased spectral bandwidth and reduced sensitivity to temperature variations. Available in quarter-wave (λ/4) and half-wave (λ/2) retardance, these waveplates deliver efficient polarization retardation across broad MWIR bands. Each unit is anti-reflection coated and supplied mounted to simplify alignment and system integration.
