Overview
EXAIR's Gen4® Ion Air Cannon™ neutralizes static electricity and provides cleaning at distances up to 15 feet (4.6 m) without moving parts. It produces a concentrated, conical flow of ionized air using a Super Air Amplifier and a replaceable emitter; with an optional pressure regulator, air volume and velocity are infinitely adjustable to match light or heavy duty industrial applications.

Accessories

• Power Supply — Model 7960 (selectable voltage) provides the high voltage for the emitter, includes modular shielded cable and integrated primary fuse. Power supplies are UL Component Recognized and CE and RoHS compliant.
• Shim Sets — A 0.003" (0.08 mm) stainless steel shim ships installed. Optional shim sets (.006" / 0.15 mm and .009" / 0.23 mm) increase air velocity when required.

How it works (summary)
The Gen4® Ion Air Cannon incorporates a Super Air Amplifier and an ionizing collar energized by a power supply. Compressed air is injected into the barrel, inducing a high-volume flow of surrounding air through the cannon. A replaceable stainless steel emitter ionizes the airstream, producing a conical flow of ionized air that neutralizes static and cleans at distances up to 15 ft (4.6 m). More than 90% of the airstream is induced air, delivering high volume at low compressed air consumption.
