Overview
The Gen4® Super Ion Air Knife™ system comprises the Super Air Knife with integrated Gen4 Ionizing Bar, the required power supply (Model 7960 or 7961 — selectable 115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz) and a plumbing kit to simplify installation. The system produces a uniform, laminar sheet of ionized air that neutralizes static and removes particulate from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces to reduce tearing, jamming and electrostatic shock risks. Designed for continuous industrial use with low maintenance requirements.

Accessories and Notes

• Power supplies (Model 7960 two-outlet and Model 7961 four-outlet) feature selectable input voltage (115VAC/230VAC), modular armored and shielded cable, integrated primary fuse and lighted power switch; UL Component Recognized (US/Canada), CE and RoHS compliant.
• Universal Air Knife Mounting System (Model 9060) provides stainless-steel secure positioning; articulation and extension options depend on knife length.
• Plumbing kits supply appropriately sized hose/pipe and fittings to interconnect multiple inlets for optimal performance; kits for aluminum knives include pressure gauge, nitrile/PVC hose and brass fittings.
• Coupling Bracket Kits allow joining multiple Air Knives for extended lengths and include rigid plates and stainless-steel fasteners.
• Shim sets are available to adjust exhaust gap and tune force/flow; shim thickness details provided with kits.
