Overview
EXAIR's Gen4® Super Ion Air Knife™ Kit with Plumbing Kit includes all the tubes and fittings pre-installed to simplify final installation and provide consistent performance across the length of the air knife. The kit includes a Power Supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz), shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator (with coupler). A Super Ion Air Knife produces a smooth, even airflow so that static-removing ions can be distributed evenly across plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces to prevent tearing, jamming or hazardous shocks. The laminar sheet of air sweeps surfaces clean of static, particulate, dust and dirt, improving production speeds, product quality, and surface cleanliness.

• Coupling Bracket Kits — join two Super Air Knives together for lengths beyond standard sizes; includes rigid plates and stainless steel screws.
• Air Knife Shim Sets — shims to set the exhaust gap and adjust force/flow (shims supplied/available in various thicknesses).
