Description
EXAIR's Gen4® Deluxe Super Ion Air Knife™ Kits provide a complete static-neutralization solution: Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife, Model 7960 Gen4 power supply, Electronic Flow Control (EFC), Universal Air Knife Mounting System, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator with coupler. The system neutralizes static on plastics, webs, sheet stock and other surfaces, preventing tearing, jamming and hazardous shocks while sweeping away dust and particulate to improve line speed and product cleanliness.

Specifications

• Power supply: EXAIR Model 7960 or 7961 Gen4 Power Supply (5 kV) required. Selectable input voltage (115VAC or 230VAC), modular power cord, lighted power switch and integrated primary fuse.
• Compressed air: 1/4 NPT outlets provided on each end and bottom of the Super Air Knife; multiple inlets required for longer knives (plumbing kits recommended for 24" and longer).
• Electrical: For use with 5 kVrms, 5 mA (max) power supply. Gen4 Ionizing Bars are shockless (less than 40 µA short circuited). Do not use near flammable materials or gases.
