Overview
EXAIR's Gen4® Super Ion Air Wipe™ Systems include the Model 7960 Gen4 Power Supply. The Gen4 Super Ion Air Wipe provides a uniform 360° ionized airstream that is easy to clamp around a part for eliminating static electricity and contaminants. It is ideal for use on pipe, cable, extruded shapes, hose, wire and more. The high volume, high velocity flow attaches itself to the surface and wipes it down with static eliminating ions. The airflow stays attached to the surface and is effective far away from where the Gen4 Super Ion Air Wipe is mounted. An optional pressure regulator provides infinite control of the air volume and velocity.

Models
Super Ion Air Wipes are available in three different model types:

• Super Ion Air Wipe - includes the Super Ion Air Wipe and 5' (1.52 m) armor shielded cable.
• Super Ion Air Wipe Systems - include a Super Ion Air Wipe and Model 7960 Power Supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz).
• Super Ion Air Wipe Kits - include a Super Ion Air Wipe, Model 7960 Power Supply, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler).

• Power Supply (Model 7960/7961) - selectable voltage (115 VAC or 230 VAC). Modular cable with electromagnetic shielding, integrated primary fuse, lighted power switch. UL Component Recognized (U.S. & Canada), CE and RoHS compliant.
• Shim Sets - .002" (0.05 mm) stainless steel shim installed; additional shims available to increase gap, force and flow. Shim sets included with kits or available separately.
