Description The patented† Intellistat® Ion Air Gun delivers ionized compressed air to neutralize static and remove particulates during clean processes, testing and sensitive assembly tasks. With a ±30 V balance and efficient air consumption, it reduces 1000 V to less than 100 V in under one second while minimizing blowoff volume. A low-voltage transformer (100–240 V, 50/60 Hz to 24 VDC) is included for electrical safety. The unit features an OSHA-safe nozzle, short-throw trigger, quick-change emitter point, LED status indicators and a lightweight, static-resistant polycarbonate housing suitable for sterile and controlled environments.
