Overview
EXAIR's Gen4® Ion Air Gun System with Filter provides the basics needed for operation. It includes the Model 7960 selectable voltage power supply (115VAC/230VAC, 50/60Hz) and a Filter Separator. It combines portability, incredibly fast static decay rates, and low compressed air consumption to efficiently remove static, contaminants and dust from three dimensional parts prior to assembly, packaging, painting or finishing. The Gen4 Ion Air Gun neutralizes static electricity and cleans.

How it works (summary)
The Ion Air Gun combines a high velocity air jet with an electrically energized (shockless) emitter point. Compressed air is injected into the air jet, inducing a high volume flow of surrounding air. The emitter ionizes the airstream, producing ionized airflow capable of neutralizing high static charges rapidly. Optional filter and regulator clean compressed air and allow infinite adjustment of airflow and velocity.
