EXAIR's Gen4® Super Ion Air Knife™ static eliminators remove static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming or hazardous static discharge is a problem. The laminar sheet of air sweeps surfaces clean of static, particulate, dust and dirt. Production speeds, product quality, and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically.

• Power Supplies (Model 7960 two-outlet and Model 7961 four-outlet): selectable input 115VAC or 230VAC; modular armored, EMI-shielded cable with integrated fuse and lighted power switch; UL Component Recognized, CE and RoHS compliant.
• Universal Air Knife Mounting System (Model 9060): stainless steel articulated mounting and precise positioning; mounting options depend on knife length (top or bottom mounting guidelines included in product literature).
• Air Knife Plumbing Kits: provide properly sized compressed air hose/pipe and fittings for multi-inlet Super Air Knives (includes pressure gauge on aluminum models and nitrile/PVC hose and brass fittings).
• Coupling Bracket Kits: join two Super Air Knives for lengths beyond standard maximum; includes rigid plates and assembly screws; bottom plate has access to bottom air inlets; stainless steel screws supplied.
