The SPV 12 pump is designed for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including the impeller, scroll, and pump body, are made of PBT, making it suitable for use with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The maximum liquid temperature should not exceed 70°C.
Common applications include:
- Machine tools (cutters, lathes, drills)
- Glass processing machines (TRI version)
- Printing machines
Installation should be on a tank with a capacity proportional to the flow rate, approximately 3-4 cm from the bottom. Ensure the maximum liquid level in the tank remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, it is recommended to use a tank with compartments to allow sludge to settle before being pumped.
