The IMM 63B pump is designed for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. Its hydraulic components, including a nylon impeller and an aluminum pump body, make it suitable for use with water, emulsions, and oily substances with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The maximum liquid temperature should not exceed 70°C. Applications: - Machine tools (milling machines, lathes, drills) - Glass processing machines (TRI version) - Surface treatment plants - Filtration systems - Air conditioning and climate control systems Installation is typically on a tank with a capacity proportional to the flow rate, about 4-5 cm from the bottom. Ensure the maximum liquid level in the tank remains 3-4 cm below the support flange. For particularly dirty liquids, it is advisable to construct the tank with compartments to allow sludge to settle before being pumped. For other uses, consult our Technical Department.
