Description

They are suitable for the transfer of liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. The hydraulic components: brass impeller, aluminum scroll and pump body, allow it to be used with water, emulsions and oily substances in general, with a viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3 ° Engel). The liquid temperature must not exceed 90 °C. Commonly used on: - machine tools (milling-lathes) - glass processing machines (TRI version) - surface treatment plants - filtration systems - air conditioning and conditioning systems They should normally be installed on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, about 4-5 cm from the bottom. It is important to check that the maximum level of liquid in the tank always remains 3-4 cm lower than the support flange (see figure). In cases where the liquid is particularly dirty, it is recommended to build the tank with compartments, to allow the deposit of sludge before it is fished out by the pump. Power 1: 1.41 kW Power 2: 1.1 kW Depth Draft: 0 mm Hydraulic Connection: 1 1/4" Maximum flow: 293 l/min Maximum prevalence: 16 m Maximum impurity size: 3 mm Impeller type: Open Materials: Brass (Impeller), Aluminum (Pump body, Impeller-cover), Steel Aisi 416 (Shaft) Suitable for water, emulsions, oily substances (max viscosity 21 cSt) Max liquid temperature: 90°C
